Once the purchase order is received it gets submitted to the vendor partner immediately for fulfillment/delivery. Actual services and products are delivered directly by the vendor partner. We can help with invoicing and collections as well.

We work opportunity driven – we identify “need” first and establish if one or several of the products and services satisfy the business or scientific needs of a client. Then we qualify the business side of things and make sure a budget is in place (or can be created) to pay for the product/service. Only if those two things are in place and we have understood the client’s purchasing process and have access to the decision makers we consider a lead as “fully qualified” and flag this as a proper business opportunity to the vendor partner.
